Unity4 is a 100% Australian owned call centre and technology company that runs a large and highly sophisticated at home contact centre business.
We have over 500 operators dotted around Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada and Fiji who are working on a variety of interesting and challenging assignments.
Unity4 was set up to work with two trends in mind
The growing marketing services sector
The growing desire of individuals to participate in home based business or employment.
Unity4 was established in 2000 by 4 business partners, hence the name, Unity4. Each partner has considerable experience in product promotion and direct marketing management. We have developed a great team of reliable, mature, hard-working individuals that consistently provide great results for our Client
Unity4 recruits agents from all over Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Fiji, well as some provinces in Canada. As long as you have broadband Internet and a telephone connection you can apply to work for us.
If you don't have broadband Internet you will need to wait until broadband is installed and working before you apply.

Unity4 complies with all relevant employment legislation . You will receive a copy of the Unity4 employment agreement to review and sign before starting work.
Below are suggestions to help make your work environment effective, comfortable and safe.
Be safety conscious – make sure that your office is set up with adjustable desk and chair; has appropriate ventilation and lighting, and that your computer, keyboard and mouse are set at a safe level.
Your room should be free of distractions – Unity4 requires professionalism from all of our Agents. Background noise is unprofessional and distracting.
Tell your family and friends about your new job. They will appreciate that although you are at home you are working. It may take a while, but eventually they will accept the fact that they are not to interrupt you.
You will be paid by direct deposit into your bank account each fortnight.
You will be paid per hour that you work. Some staff are also eligible to receive a bonus based on results.
Yes, if you meet the eligibility requirements, we will transfer your superannuation entitlements into your nominated superannuation fund. You will also be covered by Unity4's workers compensation premium.
You will need to register your availability with Unity4 by midnight Wednesday for the following week. We will then allocate you work according to your availability. Note that you are not guaranteed work for all of the hours that you are available, however the availability that you submit to Unity4 will be used as a guide.
You are able to work up to 38 hours per week (or reasonable additional hours) averaged over 12 months, provided that Unity4 has the work to allocate. We request that you be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week and suggest that you don’t work more than 8 hours per day. Also, you will need to take a break away from the computer after 5 hours of continuous work, and we recommend a short (paid) 5 minute break every hour.
Yes. Unity4 is committed to providing quality service to our customers. We will record and monitor your phone calls to ensure professional handling and ensure you are providing high levels of service. We will use these recordings as a training aid to ensure that you are reaching your full potential with Unity4.
You will need intermediate computer skills to be an agent for Unity4. You should be comfortable with managing your Internet connection, sending and receiving email attachments & word processing.
You may need to undergo an online computer skills test during your application process. This test will assess your familiarity with common internet related tasks & applications.
All Unity4 agents are required to use the inbuilt VoiP phone in our software or a corded phone. Cordless phones are not permitted due to privacy and call quality reasons. If using a corded phone, the phone must be next to your computer that you will be using for Unity4 work.
You will need to disable call waiting on your phone line, however if you want to make sure that you don't miss any calls while "at work", your phone provider may offer a voice mail service.
